Sim Data Retention

By default, simulation results (the various data files and the database records) are stored for 28 days. For all sims run after October 26th, 2026, this duration is extended for Premium users when using addon input based on your subscription level. Sims using the Armory are never stored longer than 28 days.

• Rare and Heirloom: Sims are stored for 120 days
• Epic: Sims are stored for 365 days

Cancelling your subscription or going inactive does not shorten how long a report is kept. If you run a sim while your Epic subscription is active, it will last for 365 days even if you cancel or if your subscription lapses before that date.

Raidbots admins may sometimes manually extend how long a sim is retained in order to diagnose an issue or otherwise perform normal maintenance work on the site.

Raidbots admins may also extend a sim's lifetime if requested by the user who originally ran the sim.
