I'm not receiving emails

Some email hosts/programs might inadvertently mark Raidbots emails as spam - this can result in emails being filed into a Spam or Junk folder or, in some cases, they will never be delivered to your email address at all.

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add "@raidbots.com" and "[email protected]" to your email whitelist, if available
  3. In rare cases, Raidbots may not send to your email if it has had technical problems in the past or if you have marked Raidbots emails as spam. Contact Raidbots support to remove your email from these block lists.

Detailed instructions for Outlook.com/Hotmail/MSN users:

Add "[email protected]" and "@raidbots.com" to the "Safe senders and domains" section (if using Outlook on the web, this link should take you there: https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/junkEmail) and send another verification email.

Also triple check your Spam/Junk Email folders or other folders that mail might get sorted into.
