Breath of Neltharion tinker is bad

The Breath of Neltharion tinker is often pretty bad and it can throw off your sim results.

Breath is a long channel (6 seconds) that does mediocre DPS. It also triggers your potion cooldown.

For many classes, SimC will try to activate any "Use:" actions when they are available. In the case of Breath, this will often be at the beginning of a fight and will happen during bloodlust. This will replace 6 seconds of your normal rotation at a critical burst window and will almost always be DPS negative.

This is why in some Top Gear or Droptimizer sims, you might see a random item providing a surprisingly large DPS boost. In many of these cases, it's because Breath of Neltharion is no longer being used which is large DPS increase.
