Refund Policy
Refunds are available for 14 days after a payment has been made. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on account activity since the payment.
Refunds are not offered for deleted accounts.
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] from the email account that matches the Raidbots account. Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Username
- Date of payment
- Receipt or invoice number (these are available from the email receipt)
- Last 4 digits of the card used to purchase Premium
This information helps me find your payment and verify that you are the owner.
